Lately...

School has ended – we were so sad to say goodbye to Mrs. Erin and Mrs. Kim.  They were fantastic teachers and created such a warm place in our hearts!

Without school to occupy our time, we have filled the days with water parks and family visits.

Grandpa came over to visit and hang out a while!
We spent the beginning of Father’s Day weekend with Grannie Annie and Grandpa and drove to Talpa to visit Will and Ryan’s Great Grandparents, Grady and Nona.  We wanted to celebrate Nona’s 88th birthday and Father’s Day.

Will was up at sunrise and sweet Grannie got up with him to play out on the porch.

Grady (97 years young)  just couldn’t get enough of his great grandsons!

My sweet grandparents are truly amazing!! They are such fine examples of strength, vitality and the importance of a healthy and strong Christian life! My heroes. I am so glad my kids are getting to know these unbelievable people!! We are so blessed!!

We made it home around midnight before Father's Day, so we could enjoy a fun and relaxing day with my Will and Ryan's Fantastic daddy!! We are so fortunate to have such a strong, Christian leader as head of our house! Thank you Don for all you do.  You work so hard to provide the best home for our family and we are eternally grateful!

Happy Father's Day, Daddy!!

PARTY HARDY

Summer is birthday party season, especially for Will’s MDO class (all kids have summer birthdays). We have been to some adorable birthday parties these past few weeks!

Here is a sample of the few I took my camera to:
Super Hero Party – everyone got to decorate their own mask. They went out back wearing their cape and mask and performed many super hero tasks to vanquish bad guys!

Silly String to “ZAP” bad guys!

Climb Spiderman’s Wall after climbing through Spiderman's web.

The super heroes even lifted heavy barbells and leaped over buildings in a single bound!

Bowling – Will had such a blast bowling with his buddies!!

Check out Will Cuttin' A Rug:
We also went to a FishyThemed Party -
They made sand art fish, foam fish, & even had a visit from the Snow Cone Truck! The decorations were precious - multiple containers with blue water and real gold fish in each container throughout the party!! I'm so sad I didn't get photos of the deocorations but here is one of Will between his two of his adorable girl friends.

Today we went to the Grand Opening of Stroller Strides in Allen! The "after party" was too much fun:
Check out Will's new "do"

Cheetah face - adorable!!

Exploration with the boys! Nothing like water, mud, sticks and boys to make for a great afternoon!!

Wide Awake and super happy!!

Of course, Ryan didn't quite last as long as his big brother did. :)
