Going Bonkers

We had such a blast with our sweet friends Miss Lisa, John and Kaitlyn at Going Bonkers!! 
How fun it is to play with these special friends.  Lisa was my first friend, we became inseparable at 18 months of age until we went our separate ways after HS. I’m glad our kiddos are finally getting a chance to get to know each other now, too!!
They had such a fun time climbing and sliding throughout the mazes.  But don’t even think they’d miss the rids and toys too!!

The kiddos loved the tea –go-round.  This was fun, because there were just enough cups for each kiddo to ride in one at the same time!!  Too bad for me,  I had always told Will they didn’t move….now he knows better.
 
The boys couldn’t get enough of the red sports car (are we surprised at all??)   We've already started something!!
  

Prince William

Our dear friend, Miss Aida, had her birthday party and what a party it was!! This princess had costumes for all the kiddos, tutus and crowns for all the princesses and adorable knight  ensembles for all the boys!  They were adorable!

No knight is complete without his trusty steed! Prince William LOVED his first equestrian experience while riding Prince the Pony!   

Thank you to our sweet friend Aida for including us in this fantastic event.  You are a beautiful princess and we had such a fabulous time at the party!!!

Boys, Trucks and Tools

There is no doubt we have a little boy on our hands here! First, he had to wash the car, then pop up the hood to "fix" it, drive it awhile, and of course then had to fix it and wash it again!! Boys must just be born with the car obsession gene!!

He had to pull his F150 up next to his daddy's F150, pop open the hood and get his tools!  To my knowledge he has never seen his daddy do this, but he knew exactly what to do ... boys and the need to fix things! Priceless!!!

Swinging Cousins (teehee)

There is nothing better than playing with cousins!  Carter and Chelsea took Will to the park by their house in CO and had a ball - we all got tired of pushing Will on the swings!

Too cold to swim outside

What did I say, too cold to swim outside? Well, in Denver it was last week!! But of course, the mile high city knows how to accomodate all types of activities, even swimming indoors! We went to 2 of the 4 indoor water parks offered by the Rec Centers where my sister lives....too cool!! Will had such a fun time on the slides, the lazy river, pirate ship and in the pools with his cousins Carter and Chelsea!! These pictures are from the first indoor pool we went to, I got in the water with him on the 2nd trip, so I didn't take any pictures.

Don't Dial 911!!

Fraiser, Colorado for our precious nephew, Trey's,  graduation brought us an excuse to get away from the swealtering heat at home and enjoy the beautiful mountain air, georgous scenery, great family, and of course, Will's favorite, fire and EMS trucks!!  Will's uncle Ray, or as he is referred to in Grand County Colorado, Cheif Jennings, is the cheif of EMS for Grand County.  So of course, the entire fire department, police department and EMS teams were sure to all drop by and say their congratulations to Trey, so we got to ride, play, and "drive" the trucks!! So, of course the joke was, hope no one needs emergency services during the gradution party!!

Nothing better than playing with cousins!  Will and Cannon had such a blast together -- getting dirty, hiking, playing with cars, trucks and turning on the lights of the ambulances!!

Watch out world, here we come!!  The picture is a bit foggy, but this is Will and Cannon getting set to drive the EMS rescue truck.

Sweet Caden took fantastic care of Will, she knows what it is like to be the big sister of 3 year old boys and she does it well!!

Now everytime Will sees an emergency vehicle, he says, that is my Uncle Ray (or cousin Trey - who is going to the fire academy).  Congrats Trey!! We are so proud of your accomplishments! (Picture of Trey to be posted later!!)
